Acceptance of these terms

By using CashflowPot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to do so.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide, for keeping your authentication credentials and access methods secure, and for activity carried out through your account or authorised project access.

Acceptable use

Use CashflowPot lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse other users' information, introduce harmful code, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

Project data, contract terms and forecasting assumptions

You are responsible for the project data, contract terms and forecasting assumptions entered into CashflowPot and for deciding whether they are appropriate for the purpose of a particular scenario. The quality of a forecast depends on the information and assumptions used to create it.

Forecasts are decision-support information

CashflowPot uses a mathematical model to simulate expected project cash flow. Forecasts, charts, KPIs and exports are planning estimates and are not guarantees of actual future cash flows, payment dates, project outcomes, financing requirements or profitability.

CashflowPot supports analysis; it does not replace the user's own professional, commercial, contractual, accounting, legal or financing judgement. You remain responsible for professional, commercial and financing decisions made using the service or its outputs.

Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, security events or other circumstances. We may change, improve, add, remove or reorganise product features as CashflowPot develops.

Ownership and user content

CashflowPot, its software, interface, documentation and related Quollnet materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for the project information and other content you provide to the service and must have the right to use that content.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quollnet is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on an inaccurate or incomplete forecast, incorrect project inputs, unavailable third-party services, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use after an update is subject to the then-current terms.
